We work with US and EU defence contractors who supply the Greek Armed Forces with defence materials and services. We advise on procurement procedures, contracts, offset-benefits (industrial supply) contracts and sub-contracting arrangements, and work to ensure the resolution of disputes.
Ever since 2002, our team has been working on the Athens 2004 Olympic Games C4I Security System, including the original Games’ C4I System and its legacy update consisting of 30 land, aerial and sea based integrated and interoperable systems, venue and access CCTV cameras, fixed and mobile command centers, incident detection and recognition, training, and so on, involving the Greek Armed Forces, Police, Coast Guard, Fire-Brigade and Ambulance services. We have advised on the Integrated Maritime Surveillance System planned by the Greek Maritime Ministry and have been involved in many defence related tech procurements.
Our team has handled various procurement disputes, ranging from administrative pre-award review requests to judicial review requests and procurement related investigations and litigation before the competent courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
