From municipal playgrounds to jet fighters, attack helicopters, C4I security systems, offset benefit and industrial cooperation contracts and beyond, to railroads, oil and gas concessions, tunnels and bridges, high ways and roads we have a very strong record of advising public and private sector entities on procurements, privatizations and public-private partnerships.

Our public and defence procurements practice has an emblematic track record. Through the years, we have provided counsel to international and Greek corporate clients on their rights and responsibilities, and the competitive economic and political environment, offering guidance on all aspects of tenders, including bidder qualifications, competitive and direct award processes and contract implementation.

We possess extensive experience in representing and challenging complaints in both tribunals and courts, and international arbitration.

Further to the above, it is important to stress that we care about ethical business: we are experts in related ethics and criminal law matters, advising on good corporate governance, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud and anti-corruption policies and regulations, as well as on whistleblowing and audits. In addition to the above, we provide extensive training to clients.
