John is a Junior Associate at Ballas Pelecanos Law and an active member of the Real Estate,  Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance / Capital Markets and Dispute Resolution practice groups of our firm.

He has been a member of the Piraeus Bar Association since 2019 and entitled to argue cases before all Courts of First Instance. A graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (LL.B.), John earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he studied International Private Law & Law of International Business Transactions.

At Ballas Pelecanos Law, John advises our firm’s clients on all real estate law and corporate law matters, also taking part in related litigations. His professional experience in the above practice areas has been acquired through the provision of corporate legal services to various domestic and foreign companies, the conduction of a substantial number of inspections of title deeds in Land Registries and Cadastral Offices and real estate due diligences related to real estate transactions, the management of urban planning-zoning matters and, more generally, the handling of real estate projects made on behalf of domestic and foreign investors. His expertise also extends to matters regarding the forest legislation applicable to real properties, the correction of the cadastral registries before the National Cadastre and the handling of projects concerning the legal maturity and exploitation of the immovable property owned and/or managed by the Greek State and Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund.

In addition to the above, John has a rich voluntary political activity with a very strong social impact.
