The AHK invited Ballas, Pelecanos & Associates LPC to host a talk on “Digitalisation and the Law” in the context of the annual Capital & Vision two-day event which serves as a forum for Greek and German business to meet and hear all the latest on the Greek economy. Gregory Pelecanos Senior Associate and Coordinator of the AHK “Legal Affairs Committee”, acted as monitor of the panel comprising lawyers and the Special Secretary for Private Debt, from the Ministry of Economy and Development. Mr. Athanasios Paizis , Associate was on the select panel and presented his topic on “The Digitalisation of Company Law and the Transborder Mobility of Companies in the EU”. The panel discussed progress in implementing IT in legal matters focusing on establishing companies, digitalization of company law, cross border corporate moves and platforms for resolution in private debt matters.
