Grace Katsoulis is a Partner and Head of the Company & Employment Law and the Corporate Taxation Law Groups. She also participates in the Special Sectors Practice Group.
Grace is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1992 and entitled to argue cases before the Supreme Courts and all lower courts.
A graduate of the University of Athens Law School (LL.B), Grace earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) from Exeter University, where she studied International Business Law. Grace has also attended the Hellenic Productivity Center's Tax Law course.
At "Ballas, Pelecanos & Associates L.P.C.", Grace advises the firm's clients on all company law, labour law and tax matters, including company formation and regulation, corporate maintenance, mergers, joint ventures and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and disputes, individual and collective labour law, immigration law, trade union law and workers associations, general corporate tax law, double taxation avoidance treaties, permanent establishment and transfer pricing.
Grace teaches Employment and Social Security law at the Education and Lifelong Learning Center (DEDIVIM).
KEDIVIM is a Unit of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) that safeguards the coordination and the multidisciplinary cooperation in the development of educational lifelong learning programs, contributing in this way to the achievement of AUEB's goals.
