Theodore Konstantakopoulos is a Senior Associate, member of the IP, IT & CT Group, the Company, Tax & Employment Group and the Consumer Rights Group.
Theodore is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2007 and entitled to argue cases before lower Courts.
A graduate of the Athens University Law School (LL.B), Theodore earned a Master of Laws degree (MLE, summa cum laude) from Leibniz Universität, Hannover, Germany in European Company Law and e-Commerce/Consumer Protection Law, following which he was awarded a second Master of Laws degree (LL.M) from Queen Mary College, University of London, in Computer and Communications Law. Theodore is a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) (ISO/IEC 17024).
At "Ballas, Pelecanos & Associates L.P.C." Theodore advises Fortune500 companies on all aspects of electronic communications, information technology, data protection and cybersecurity, media, intellectual property, telecommunications and e-commerce law; also advises on consumer protection, marketing, product labelling and product liability matters.
Theodore is a regular contributor in various technology law publications and guest speaker and panelist in data privacy fora, workshops, and conferences in Greece and abroad.
