Apostolia is an Associate at Ballas Pelecanos Law, and an active member of our Dispute Resolution, Corporate & Commercial, Employment, Intellectual Property, Energy, Banking & Finance / Capital Markets and Consumer Rights & Product Liability practice groups of our firm.
She is a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (LL.B.) and a holder of a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Civil Law, with specialisation in Civil Law & Modern Financial Transactions from the same university. She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2018.
At Ballas Pelecanos Law, Apostolia litigates and advises on a wide range of matters, maintaining an active interest predominantly in civil and commercial litigation. In her day-to-day work at our firm, she represents clients from various industries in court and in cross–border commercial settlements, while she also has an active role in the drafting of commercial agreements handled by our firm. In addition to the above, she offers legal advisory services on matters relating to consumer protection law.
