Our corporate and commercial law practice group’s focus lies in providing counsel to global corporate entities and vast multinational conglomerates, spanning every facet of their commercial, corporate, and M&A pursuits within the Greek jurisdiction.

Our team has developed unique expertise as a one-stop-shop for corporate, commercial and corporate taxation services provided to Greek subsidiaries and member companies of multinational powerhouses. In its day to day work, our dedicated lawyers assist our clients with establishing new corporations and provide ongoing corporate maintenance and compliance services. At the same time, we also offer expert, tailor-made advice on acquisitions and investments in the local market.

Our practice combines sophisticated contract work with strong dispute resolution capabilities. As part of our broader corporate and commercial practice, we advise clients on structuring and executing a wide range of commercial agreements, ranging from agency and distribution (exclusive, selective, open) to franchising, licensing, manufacturing, and post-contractual support arrangements. These agreements are often integral to our clients’ market entry, expansion, and operational strategies across industries including technology, defence, pharmaceuticals, luxury goods, and automotive.

In addition to the above, many of our clients have entrusted us with the responsibility of delivering an integrated blend of legal and tax/audit services for strategic corporate and M&A endeavours. In this respect, the services we provide extend beyond customary tasks like due diligence, corporate reconfigurations and the creation of transactional documents, as we also offer comprehensive support throughout the entire transaction process. This encompasses specialized guidance on matters like employment law and competition law, as well as legal aid, HR, and tax-related services.

Senior Partner, Gregory Pelecanos, was invited to co-author the Greece chapter to the International Agency and Distribution Handbook published by Baker & McKenzie— an acknowledgment of our recognized expertise in cross-border commercial agreements.
