Grace Katsoulis is a Partner and head of the Employment and Real Estate practice groups at Ballas Pelecanos Law. She also co-heads our our Corporate & Commercial, Public & Defence and Procurements and Dispute Resolution practice groups, and participates in our Data Privacy practice group.

Grace has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1992 and is entitled to argue cases before the Supreme Court and all lower courts in Greece. With a 32-year career in the field, she possesses a wealth of experience and expertise, having extensive knowledge of the applicable legal framework and an impressive portfolio of clients and cases in the aforementioned areas.

A graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (LL.B), Grace earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) from Exeter University, where she studied International Business Law. Grace has also attended the Hellenic Productivity Center's Tax Law course and is currently attending the Executive MBA programme at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), which she is due to complete in 2025.

Grace advises our firm's clients on all company law, labour law, tax and real estate matters, including company formation and regulation, corporate maintenance, mergers, joint ventures and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and disputes, individual and collective labour law, collective bargaining and European or company Work Council consultations, employee bonus schemes, collective and individual redundancies, employer policies and practices, health and safety, whistleblower systems, violence and harassment rules and regulations, Work Regulations, trade union law and workers associations, immigration law, general corporate tax law, double taxation avoidance treaties, permanent establishment and transfer pricing.

In addition to her role at our firm, Grace also lectures in Employment and Social Security law at the Education and Lifelong Learning Center (KEDIVIM), which is a Unit of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) that safeguards the coordination and multidisciplinary cooperation in the development of educational lifelong learning programmes. At the same time, she is an active member of ICC Women Hellas.
