Nikoletta is a Junior Associate at Ballas Pelecanos Law, active mainly in the Corporate & Commercial, Employment, Banking & Finance / Capital Markets and Real Estate practice groups of our firm, while she is also a member of our Energy and Public & Defence Procurements practice groups.

She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2020, entitled to argue cases before all Courts of First Instance. A graduate (LL.B.) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Nikoletta also earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the same University, where she studied Corporate & Finance Law, and successfully delivered a thesis on Venture Capitals.

At Ballas Pelecanos Law, Nikoletta advises our firm's clients on all company law, labour law, and real estate matters, including company formation and regulation, corporate maintenance, mergers, joint ventures and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and disputes, individual and collective labour law, and so on. One of her particular areas of interest is immigration law; in this context, she advises clients on various related matters, provides assessments of their case, drafts legal documents, handles the application for and oversees the issuing of national visas type D’ for various categories, including work visas, and also provides services relating to the issuance of residence permits for third-country nationals.

She also has previous work experience in the real estate field, especially with the Golden Visa programme, and has handled several real estate transactions, company establishments and day-to-day corporate issues. Nikoletta also offers services as a freelance translator and interpreter to and from the Greek, English, Hungarian and French languages.
