Ballas Pelecanos Law is looking for an Industrial Property Lawyer to join its IP Practice Group.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of industrial property matters for domestic and international clients, including trademarks, patents, designs and utility models, as well as related copyright matters. The role will involve legal advisory work, drafting and reviewing agreements and other legal documents, participation in litigation, and communications with authorities and regulators.

Candidates should be qualified attorneys-at-law in Greece, with at least two years of relevant professional experience, a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law and an excellent command of Greek and English. Strong drafting, communication and teamwork skills are essential. Experience with the EUIPO, EPO or the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation will be considered an asset.
