On June 9, 2021, Theodore Konstantakopoulos, Senior Associate, and Nikolaos Papadopoulos, Junior Associate, participated in the “13th National Conference of In-House Counsel” (Annual ACC Conference organized by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI). Their presentation discussed how blockchain technologies affect contractual practices, focusing on if and how blockchain-based smart contracts fit under existing legal framework. Panel was moderated by Kyriaki Avgoustaki, Corporate and Compliance Legal Counsel, Accenture Greece.
