By virtue of the Joint Ministerial Decision 4012/111/2021/27.01.2021 issued by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Economy, regarding teleworking and the organization of the staggered schedule at workplaces, it is announced that the obligatory teleworking regime for the 50% of the employees (to the extent applicable) is extended until the 28th of February 2021.
Furthermore, this extension also applies to businesses, which are required to adjust the arriving and departure time of their employees in the following staggered schedule: employees shall arrive to and depart from the offices with a difference of 30' and within 2 hours from the beginning/ending of the working hours.
