The Hellenic Parliament passed the Law entitled "Rehabilitation of the Elefsina Shipyards and other development provisions", which includes, among others, the already announced by the Ministry of Development and Investment, extension of the deadlines for holding the annual general meetings of legal entities for 2022.
Specifically, the deadline for holding the general meeting referred to in article 119 of L. 4548/2018 (SA), article 69 of L. 4072/2012 (IKE) and article 10 of L. 3190/1955 (EPE) will be extended by fifty (50) calendar days.
The deadlines for submitting minutes of shareholders' or partners' meetings and approved financial statements to the Corporate Registry (GEMI) are extended accordingly.
