Happy to report that the Administrative Supreme Court (Conseil d’ Etat) ruled in favour of Mercedes Benz Hellas SA and rejected the Greek State’s (Independent Public Revenues Authority- IPRA) petition to quash Administrative Court of Appeal Decision No 4352/2018 which had ruled that the IPRA had wrongly imposed taxes and penalties to the tune of 84.500.000 € for alleged smuggling.
