The highly successful 4th Athens International Arbitration Forum, which was held on 19 October 2023, had “States and State Entities in International Arbitration” as its main theme. Our Senior Partner, Gregory Pelecanos, participated as a panel member on the third session, which addressed issues concerning “Representing Parties against States and State Entities”. His contribution focused on “States' interference with the arbitration process: The weaponization of the Judiciary by States in arbitration proceedings”.
