Ballas Pelecanos Law is pleased to welcome Dionysios Fotopoulos back to the firm as Of Counsel.
Dionysios first joined Ballas Pelecanos Law as a student trainee before gaining extensive experience in banking and financial law, mergers and acquisitions, and EU trade and investment policy.
Most recently based in Brussels, he has advised on EU trade and investment matters, foreign investment screening, trade defence instruments and economic security. His experience also includes participation in EU working groups and legislative processes.
Dionysios’ return adds further depth to our firm’s capabilities at the intersection of corporate and financial law, investment regulation and EU policy, strengthening the support we provide to clients operating within an increasingly complex European regulatory environment.
